Barbecue Burgers
Preparation time is about 10 minutes and you can complete the grilling process in less than 20 minutes. Based on our last cook-out, these might just be the best burgers you ever tasted!
You can make this quickly because all of the ingredients are from condiments in the refrigerator. The barbecue sauce makes these burgers "extra juicy"!
Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef. You can simply double the recipe if you have 2 ponds of ground beef.
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper Ranch Sweet Habanero Orange Dry Rub Seasoning
- 4 tablespoons Pepper Ranch Habanero BBQ Sauce
- Chow-Chow Relish - approximately 1 to 2 tablespoons per burger. I've used garden style and Cajun. Either works nicely.
- 2 tabelspoons Apricot and Habanero Pepper Jelly
- Thoroughly mix the ground beef, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic salt, Habanero Dry Rub and Habanero BBQ Sauce.
- Depending on how large you want your burgers, make 2 or 3 burger patties from 1 pound of ground beef.
- Grill your burgers. These burgers will flare-up a little more than usual because of the sauce in the patties.
- About 5 minutes before you remove the hamburgers from the grill, spread 1 tablespoon of Apricot and Habanero Pepper Jelly on each.
- Top with your favorite condiments and 1 to 2 tablespoons of Chow-Chow relish for each hamburger.

Great recipe!! I love a good burger and this one is awesome!
