At ArmadilloPepper.com, we love to make chili.  I finished second once in a charity chili cook-off.  Although the folks from Texas would probably disagree with me, the secret ingredient is just a hint of cinnamon.  I always use at least two different cuts of beef or include venison when it's available.  Good luck with you cook-off and thanks for your comment.

I agree that the strawberry pepper jelly would be DELISH but I bet the Apricot would be stunning with a pork based meat ball with a cream cheese center.

    Apricot Pork Roast

    Ingredients:

    3-5 pound pork roast
    1 can apricot halves
    1 jar apricot habanero jelly
    salt
    black pepper

Slice the pork roast from side to side about 3/4 of the way across. Open the roast and lightly salt and pepper the inside of the roast. Place apricot halves into the roast and spoon over some apricot habanero jelly. Close the roast and tie it shut with butcher's string. Place it onto a medium heat grill and liberally spoon on some of the additional jelly. Continue to apply additional jelly to throughout cooking.

Serve with additional jelly on the side.

The Spicy Breakfast Burrito with Pepper Jelly sounds like it'd be delish! I'm a spicy kinda gal, so I'm betting that any of your pepper jellies would be great over a block of cream cheese to eat with crackers. Would be great over scrambled eggs and potatoes, too! Great giveaway - thanks for the opportunity!
