It's almost barbecue season and in fact, April is National BBQ Month.  At ArmadilloPepper.com, we've spent the first three months of 2010 adding BBQ Sauces to our store. Our BBQ Sauces have won over 125 awards.

Uncle Pete's Party Dip

Uncle Pete's Original BBQ Sauce


Ingredients
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Serve with crackers, chips or vegetables. best if prepared at least 24 hours before serving.

Uncle Pete's BBQ Smokies
Ingredients
Directions
  1. Heat Little Smokies according to package.
  2. Pour Uncle Pete's BBQ Sauce over Smokies and heat to low boil while stirring. Reduce to simmer.
  3. Let stand in sauce and serve!
Uncle Pete's BBQ Meatballs
Ingredients
  • 6 lb bag frozen meatballs
  • 2 Bottles Uncle Pete's BBQ Sauce
Directions
  1. Heat meatballs in oven according to directions on the package.
  2. Drain grease and place in crock pot at 175 degrees.
  3. Pour Uncle Pete's BBQ Sauce over meatballs an cook for 1 1/2 hours while stirring occasionally. Serve hot!
