Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce Review

Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce

Today we are reviewing Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce. As most of you know by now, the Ghost Pepper (a.k.a. Bhut Jolokia) clocks in at over 1,000,000 Scoville units.

At first look, you are immediately drawn to the holographic label of 3-dimensional ghosts that look like they’re going to jump off the label. An upscale, awesome label is always a nice feature when giving a hot sauce gift to your favorite¬† pepper head.

Although a Ghost Pepper hot sauce, this one does include chile extract.Complete ingredients list includes distilled vinegar, chile extract, evaporated cane juice, fresh Habanero
peppers, Ghost Peppers, garlic, onion, 160,000 Scoville cayenne pepper,
spices and xanthan gum.

Upon opening the bottle, you will immediately notice the aroma of the vinegar and chile pepper. For heat, this sauce is extremely hot and we would only use it during cooking such as adding to a pot of soup. As we mentioned above, chile extract is the second ingredient so this hot sauce definitely has the flavor and heat of extract. In fact, we believe this hot sauce deserves a WARNING: Keep this one away from children, pets, loved ones, old people and everything else!
