- Hot Line Hatchanero Hatch and Habanero Hot Sauce – made with Roasted Jalapenos, Roasted Hatch Chile, Roasted Onions, Water, Roasted
Bell Peppers, Habanero Mash, Cilantro, Sea Salt & Chopped Garlic. For those unfamiliar with the Hatch Chile or Hatch Pepper it is a pepper grown in the Hatch Valley of New Mexico. Many know the “Hatch Chile” as the “New Mexico Pepper”, a variant of the Anaheim Pepper. These peppers range in heat from mild to some which are spicier than Jalapeños.
